Our Taurapa Marsanne is a unique single vineyard expression, crafted from our original 'postage stamp vineyard'. Nestled along the western coastline, our vines benefit from breathtaking views of Rakino and Rangitoto. The warm westerly winds and the channel's proximity infuse the vineyard with a natural freshness. Due to naturally low yields, this wine isn't produced every year.

Our Marsanne prides itself with a natural viscosity and offers complex aromas of honeysuckle, honey, and salinity, complemented by a toasty characteristic from barrel fermentation and aging. After four humble years, this limited-edition wine begins to reveal subtle notes of beeswax and kerosene, enhancing its complexity.
