The generosity of the 2025 vintage enriched the bouquet for our wines.

Picking early, our chardonnay parcel selected for the Vagabond hosted sun-kiss peach, dried fruits and slightly roasted nuts. To maintain balance, we kept the dosage and alcohol lower, targeting 12%. Previously we used Charmat method with low tirage to introduce subtle creaminess and sweeten the perception. In 2025 we added a light spritz to avoid losing the balance.
