Our Pohutukawa is a bright, fresh and juicy

wine with a light ruby, amethyst colour. It is completely dry

yet delightfully fruit forward, exhibiting aromas of watermelon,

fresh ripe strawberries and candied black cherries.

We use carbonic maceration to produce this wine. Made with 100% Syrah grapes. Serve slightly chilled.
