Bright candy-floss pink with slight purple hues and some depth, lighter on the rim. The nose is fresh with bright and pure aromas of cherries and strawberries and cream along with subtle herb nuances at the core. Lifted red florals and confectionary emerge, unfolding mouthwatering mineral elements. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has juicy, elegantly mouthfilling flavours of cherries and strawberries entwined with nuances of herbs, florals, confectionary and minerals. The palate is lively with a fine-textured phenolic thread guiding the flavours with brisk acidity, providing a dry, thirst-quenching mouthfeel, leading to a long, firm finish. This is a refreshing and lively, elegantly dry rosé with cherry and strawberry flavours along with florals and soft confectionary notes on a mouthwatering palate. An elegant new world expression of this classic Northern Rhone variety. Life red floral notes with underlying fragrant spice. The palate is refined and textural with sweet red fruit. Ruby-red colour with some depth and light purple hues, paler on the rim. The nose is somewhat shy and retrained initially, with finely packed, taut aromas of blackberry fruit and subtle notes of dark raspberries and black pepper, unfolding nuances of earth and black minerals. Medium-bodied, the palate is restrained in expression, but shows moderately concentrated flavours of savoury blackberry fruit entwined with piquant spice notes along with black pepper and earth. The fruit is guided by fine-grained tannin structure and grip, providing the palate with good presence and line. The acidity is balanced and integrated. The wine unfolds layers of spice and pepper as it flows to a lingering finish. This is a moderately concentrated Syrah, initially taut and shy, but unfolds savoury black fruits with spice and pepper, and a grainy textured palate. The nose is fresh with a gently concentrated, rich heart of strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate, with red floral notes, a little confectionary and suggestions of mouthwatering minerals. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has a concentrated core of raspberries, strawberries and pomegranate, revealing red florals and confectionary with mineral elements. The wine has plenty of presence and soft fruit extract textures, along with lacy acidity which carries the wine to a dry, thirst-quenching finish. This is a gently concentrated dry rosé with weight and fruit extract, showing raspberry, strawberry and pomegranate fruit flavours along with a mouthwatering confectionary and mineral amalgam.
